MCU Films Ranked (so far)

The Marvel Cinematic Universe first graced movie screens in 2008 with the release of Iron Man. That film’s rousing success ushered in a new era of filmmaking where superhero and comic book films dominated the box office. The Infinity Saga (between Iron Man and Avengers: Endgame) was the most cohesive shared universe ever put to screen. Marvel continued the universe afterward and we are now at 37 films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

2025 Marvel Rankings

In 2025, Marvel and Disney released eight properties to theaters and on Disney Plus. Nine were originally scheduled, but Wonder Man was delayed until 2026. Some of these properties were amazing, while others were only okay. In this listicle, I’m going to rank the eight properties by how good I found each of them.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe captured the hearts and minds of moviegoers between 2008 and 2019. It was a cultural event that brought in some of the highest box office totals in history. But after COVID restrictions shut down the theaters for nearly a year, the MCU hasn’t been churning out the same box office numbers. Unresolved MCU Credits Scenes

Since launching in 2008, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has provided teasers to future properties. While many have become iconic like “the Avengers Initiative” or “Thor’s hammer” in New Mexico, others have been left as dangling threads. MCU Television Show & Special Presentation Rankings (so far)

In 2021, Marvel and Disney began airing television shows and special presentations on Disney+. These were designed to continue the stories in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While Marvel had attempted TV series before through a partnership with Netflix and series released on ABC. However, this batch of shows were the first to be announced as part of the MCU. These series have been met with mixed reactions with some being loved and others being despised. In this article, I’m going to rank the series based on how much I enjoyed them. Let’s check it out.
